Transportation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for safely transporting the cake from our bakery. Please plan ahead and bring sufficient help to carry and support the cake, especially for larger or multi-tiered designs. Cakes can be heavy and delicate.

Safe Space for Display
Prepare a sturdy, level table in a cool, shaded area for the cake. Avoid placing it near windows, heating sources, or outdoors unless fully shaded and temperature-controlled. Cakes should be kept refrigerated when not being served to maintain freshness and structure.

Avoid Direct Sunlight
Direct sunlight may affect the cake’s colour, texture, and decorations, potentially causing frosting or details to melt or shift.

Temperature Matters
For the best flavour and texture, allow the cake to come to room temperature before serving. Avoid leaving the cake in a hot car or warm environment for extended periods.
