Easy crepes

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to show you how to make crepes quickly and easily with a few ingredients. 

I'm going to explain first the ingredients and quantities you need, how to make it, and then some tips and recommendations so that it turns out delicious!

Ingredients

100 g Doves Farm gluten-free plain flour

3 eggs

300 ml milk (or non-dairy alternative)

1 tablespoon icing sugar

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

 

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. In another bowl, combine the milk and eggs and mix until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.

Turn on the crepe maker to level 3-4 (you can use a frying pan over medium-low heat). Spray with a little oil or butter.

Pour in the crepe batter and spread it until you have a thin, even crepe. Let it cook until bubbles start to appear and it turns golden brown, then flip it over.

Add your favorite topping and you'll have your crepes ready!!
