Shipping policy
Delivery Conditions
Orders with a total value below €35 incur a delivery charge of €9.50.
Orders over €35 incur a reduced delivery charge of €6.70.
All delivery fees must be paid in advance.
If the delivery fee is not paid, the order will automatically default to collection.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are dispatched every Thursday via DPD courier service.
Estimated delivery is Friday, however delivery may take up to two (2) working days depending on courier delays.
Order Cut-Off
The final cut-off time for same-week delivery is:
Wednesday at 10:00 AM
Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following delivery date.
No Delivery Date Selected
If no delivery date is selected at checkout, your order will automatically be shipped on the next available delivery date.
Courier Process (DPD)
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

DPD may leave the parcel in a designated safe place.

Coral Cakes accepts no responsibility for parcels left in safe places that become:

Wet
-
Damaged
-
Spoiled
-
Compromised in any way

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
Customer Responsibility
Coral Cakes is not liable for:

Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Missed deliveries
-
Parcels not collected after courier attempts

Delays caused by DPD or third-party couriers
Products Not Eligible for Delivery
The following items are collection only and cannot be delivered:

Cakes
-
Cupcakes
-
Cheesecakes
-
Party bundles
-
Donuts
If these items are mistakenly ordered for delivery, a €2 handling fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
